Terms & Conditions
We do not offer refunds on any of our clothing or merchandise items due to hygiene concerns, if you would like an item replaced due to size issues then please let us know and we can arrange an exchange. Additional shipping fees maybe payable for exchanges, you are responsible for these costs.
If you receive an item damaged then let us know and we can organize a replacement, we will ask for a picture of the damage / fault. Not all printing or embroidery is perfect, there maybe tiny/small defects.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Check with carrier in case of lost items before contacting us, for exchanges complete our RMA Request Form. We reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
We accept all major credit cards, processing is handled by Stripe, Apple Pay is handled by Apple, PayPal is processed by PayPal and Google Pay is handled by Google. All trademarks are reserved by their appropriate trademark holder.
No credit card processing or personal data is handled or stored on this website.
Delivery is serviced by either UPS or USPS in the US only. Tracking numbers provided. All items branded “Outex” will be sent by Outex directly and tracking provided by them.
No items will be available to purchase during any of our workshops.
