Escape from the daily grind and jump into the wild of Kodiak Island at our ALL INCLUSIVE wildness lodges in Larsen Bay, Alaska. For 4 days of photography adventure and learning.
Important
After a completed booking with either the deposit or payment in full, each attendee will have to sign and return the liability waiver within 14 days of the booking confirmation. Each attendee will receive barcoded tickets that will remain inactive until full payment and all contracts have been signed. There maybe additional contracts and waivers to sign when you reach Larsen Bay or other destinations where workshops occur.
Rooms and Accommodation
We may place clients in one of the few cabins around the property or in the main lodge depending on the size of the group, some cabins come with private bathrooms, however we can’t guarantee availability at any time. You may request the rooms during your booking.
Deposits & Refund
We request at least 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 120 days prior to your arrival. A full refund (minus deposit) is available prior to 6 months before arrival less a $1500.00 administrative fee, if full payment is made. When canceling more than 6 months before your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason. You MUST have purchased trip insurance. All fly out trips are subject to change due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Use code “DEPOSIT50″ to pay deposit at checkout, deposit IS subject to non-refunds.
Local Small Plane Flights
Additional costs of airfares and to and from our workshops are beyond our control, there maybe flight surcharges of around 5% which will be at the airlines discretion.

All prices are based on two sharing unless tickets say otherwise, if you are wanting to travel solo please contact us to get updated pricing, you can join our single traveler waitlist to see if we can match you to a likeminded room share. We have limited single rooms.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Also payments can be spread over four installments after the deposit is paid.
